Our home is flea infested since last week. No pets in home, ever. How to get rid of them?
Saturday, March 28th, 2009Natural Ways to Get Rid of Fleas in Home Without Pets?
Friday, March 27th, 2009Sunshine Swirl asked:
I’m almost guaranteed they are flee bites at least. At least 20 of them on us, no flying mosquitos anywhere and we just moved in. If you believe they might be something else, please let me know, otherwise, I need natural killers as I have kids that I don’t wish to poison no matter how “safe” the product might be for humans. Thank you!

Sunday, March 22nd, 2009What kind of insurance needed for in home pet sitting business?
Saturday, March 21st, 2009Mrs Z asked:
We live in NY state. I am considering pet sitting in my home as a side business. How do I go about finding out what insurance I would need? I want to protect myself from liability in case the dog I am watching bites someone or destroys property.
Also, if you know what type of license or permits I would need or where to find out about those in NY state, I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
Thanks.
Aubrey

Friday, March 20th, 2009CC asked:
I used to have a dog and currently have a cat. I have been fighting fleas for months now. When I got rid of the dog, I kept shampooing the carpets and using flea powder, etc. and it got rid of them for a couple months or more and then they suddenly came back. I dont know what to do. I have tried everything I know of. Someone told me to use 20 team mule borax.

My kids do not take care of their pets. Can I make them get rid of them from my home?
Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009Len M asked:
My kids ( adults) do not clean the litterbox unless I get upset and make them do it. I last asked them to clean the box every other day and doesn’t seem to be unreasonable. All they have to do i dump the tray and insert a new one and add litter to the box as it is an electric self scooper littermaid box. Those house now reeks of cat urine and ***** and is affecting my health.
I have tried to ask them for the last 5 months to keep it cleaned and dumped with no success. I now have written them a letter that they must remove their 3 cats from my home for failure to be responsible pet owners. The cats are all indoor cats. Do I have the legal right to make them remove the cats from my home?
