I feed them reggie rat atm, but im worried about selective feeding so i feel the nuggets are better, but i want to make sure they actually are balanced and nutritious.

The only decent rat food in stores is Mazuri.
Reggie Rat is one of the better mixes, but still not good.
If you want a really good food, order Harlan Teklad online.
It’s only $1 per pound and even cheaper when you get it in bulk.
It’s one of the best foods second to only Oxbow Regal Rat
I wouldn’t bother with Oxbow, though. Most rats don’t like it.
