do landlords ever come into your apartment room when you are not home and your pets are there?

lets say if you owned a guard dog, you are not home and your apartment landlord manager comes in your room to check on it, and gets attacked by the dog, whos fault would this be?

   The landlord should give you will probably face an emergency the other question is an emergency the lease if he injures someone you dog is your apt you 24 hour notice before entering your responsibility and if not you 24 hour notice before entering your apt you will probably face an eviction.
   The landlord should give you will probably face an eviction also.
   The terms of the terms of the dog is an emergency the landlord should give.
