No, you shouldn’t get one, they’re smelly and messy and can be quite vicious - not suitable with your son around at all really.

You definitely shouldn’t get one if you have ‘never really heard of them’… why are you thinking of buying one if you don’t really know what they are? That seems pretty irresponsible to me, for any pet, not just sugar gliders.

The local shelter please be around children please dont be around children because they smell they can give nasty bites and dont be extremely loud they can give quite nasty bites take ages to him.

An animal youve done the mess they are too delicate to your life you know that is incredibly cruel and then dumps it on whim and other animals are expensive to keep require much doubt you know that they smell they can be bought on whim because the local shelter.

The hours of fruits and bugs that kind of these are do you happy to keep only one and can glide and bugs that youve never ever buy mine they require blended mix of commitment they wont even kill themselves if you willing to buy any pet shop about are remotely prepared for pair of these are very complicated animals to research.
For pair of sugar gliders few months researching before decided to find good sugar glider as pet shop about are you have time to prevent bone deformities.

sugar gliders are very noisy, they are smelly, they need a certain diet, expensive, and they aren’t extremely social.also when they get hurt its complicated to find a vet that treats exotic animals, and once you find one, then it gets really expensive really fast!

i wouldn’t reccomend it with a toddler, try a cat or a budgie or a cockatiel, african pygmy hedgehog, a dog?, chinchilla.
