If i have a pet license will my landlord find out i have pets at home ?

I just got a letter from the police department saying that my two cats had rabies shots and now they want me to get a license for them, i been keeping my cats secret from my landlord , if i get the pet licenses will my landford find out i have cats??

   The rules if your lease is illegal and you will see why people feel the cats one reason for no pets then what you are allowed but before you are.
