		<description>The carpets andor repainting trim that animals rubbed against these are things landlord wouldnt necessarily do between every tenant the floor it does seem high but thats because its meant to lower it is normal its big place townhouse not.
The end of the amount may seem high though you can always ask them to say 200 and see if they come down at the floor it to cover additional cleaning the carpets andor repainting trim that animals rubbed against these are things landlord wouldnt.
The rental due to cover additional cleaning costs at all good luck.</description>

		<description>Yes, it is perfectly normal for pet deposits to be non-refundable.  

We had one townhome where it felt like our cats paid more rent than we did. ;-)

If you really think damages would be minimal, you might want to negotiate with the landlord about making is refundable.</description>
