What would you do IF you came home and your family pets had changed places?

If you left to go somewhere and had the family cat inside and the dog outside and upon your arrival home you discovered the exact opposite: the dog was inside and the cat was inside. No one else has access to your home….as far as you know. What would you think? What would you do?

My mother has a dog that knows how to open sliding glass doors. She has arrived home to find the same situation as you.
Otherwise I would assume that someone had been in my home and let the dog in. My dogs bite so I know that would not happen at my house.
