How do i help my dog to adjust to a new home with out any other pets and no yard?

My Chihuahua Annabella has always lived at home, but i have recently moved to college. She is coming to live with me in August. She is best friends with our other dog, a lab, and she has four cats to play with. She also has 10 acres to run free on. At the apartment there will no other animals and she will have to be taken on walks with a lease, she can not run free.
